A dedicated contact window is established, and a designated email address is used to collect employee feedback and handle complaints.

Various employee welfare matters are announced periodically through the company’s internal network platform.

An Employee Welfare Committee has been established to provide various subsidies, sponsor employee club activities, and offer annual domestic and overseas travel opportunities and subsidies.

Performance appraisals are conducted quarterly, and employees are required to submit self-evaluation reports every six months.
