公司治理主管
本公司董事會預計2025年下半年通過任命財會部協理擔任公司治理主管，其資格符合上市上櫃公司治理實務守則第三條之一第一項之規定，並負責下列公司治理事務之督導及規劃，以保障股東權益並強化董事會職能；並由公司財務部負責股務事務人員擔任公司治理人員以負責執行各項公司治理相關事務。
公司治理主管之職權包含：
- 依法辦理董事會及股東會之會議相關事宜
- 製作董事會及股東會議事錄
- 協助董事就任及持續進修、遵循法令
- 提供董事執行業務所需之資料
- 向董事會報告其就獨立董事於提名、選任時及任職期間內資格是否符合相關法令規章之檢視結果
- 辦理董事異動相關事宜
- 定期檢視及修訂本公司之公司治理守則及相關作業辦法或程序
- 每年定期向董事會報告公司治理運作情形 理事

本公司由稽核室為推動本公司誠信經營之兼責單位，負責監督個單位執行狀況，協助董事會及管理階層查核及評估落實誠信經營所建立之防範措施是否有效運作，就相關業務流程進程評估遵循情形做成報告，並每年至少向董事會報告。
