Dividend Policy as Stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation:

If the Company records a surplus in its annual final accounts, taxes shall first be paid and prior years’ losses shall be covered. Next, 10% of the remaining profit shall be appropriated as the legal reserve; however, this requirement does not apply once the legal reserve has reached the Company's paid-in capital. Any remaining surplus may then be allocated as shareholder dividends upon resolution of the shareholders' meeting.

The Company's dividend policy takes into account the capital and financial structure, overall environment, and industry growth characteristics for the year, with the aim of achieving sustainable operations and stable performance. Accordingly, the Board of Directors may retain earnings as necessary for operational needs, but will allocate no less than 10% of the distributable earnings for dividends, not exceeding the total amount available for distribution.

Depending on future capital expenditure plans and funding requirements, dividends may be distributed in the form of stock dividends (including capitalization of earnings or capital reserves) or cash dividends, with cash dividends accounting for no less than 10% of the total dividends. However, if the Company has major investment plans and is unable to secure funding from other sources, the Board of Directors may propose, and the shareholders'  meeting may resolve, not to distribute cash dividends
